RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days.
1. DEADLINE FOR EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
If the CUSTOMER makes multiple purchases with a single proposal and the products are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
CUSTOMER wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify CRIOTERAPIA.COM via an explicit declaration. This notification may be made using one of the following methods:
a) By email
By sending a written communication to the address: info@crioterapia.com
The CUSTOMER may send any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract, or complete and submit the standard withdrawal form below.
b) By written communication on paper
By sending the signed withdrawal form by post to the address:

3. COSTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 Return Costs
The CUSTOMER is required to bear the costs of returning the goods, which will be deducted from the refund amount upon receipt of the package.
Exception: In the event of a product defect, the shipping costs will in any case be borne by CRIOTERAPIA.COM.
3.2 Return Term
The CUSTOMER is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to CRIOTERAPIA.COM his wish to withdraw from the contract.
3.3 Return Conditions
The goods subject to withdrawal must be returned:
Integri in the original packaging
Complete in all their parts, including packaging, documentation and accessory equipment (manuals, cables, etc.)
Equipped with the tax documentation annexed
With identification tags, labels and disposable seal intact and untampered with, where present
Perfectly functional and free from signs of wear or dirt
Suitable for use which they are intended
3.4 Customer Responsibilities
The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the Product other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product itself.
The Product must however be stored, handled and inspected with normal diligence.
Important: The right of withdrawal applies to the Product in its entirety and cannot be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories (which do not constitute independent Products) of the Product.
4. REFUND
4.1 Refund Amount and Terms
CRIOTERAPIA.COM will proceed to refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum term of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice or from receipt of the package by CRIOTERAPIA.COM, if this occurs later.
4.2 Compliance Verification
Without prejudice to CRIOTERAPIA.COM's right to verify compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.3, the refund will be made according to the methods indicated in point 4.4.
4.3 Suspension of Refund
As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, CRIOTERAPIA.COM may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that the goods have been returned to CRIOTERAPIA.COM (for example, by means of a shipping receipt).
4.4 Refund Methods
CRIOTERAPIA.COM will refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. The refund will include the price of the product, but will exclude return shipping costs (except in case of defect).
5. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases. In such cases, CRIOTERAPIA.COM will provide specific and express notice to the CUSTOMER during the presentation of the purchase proposal.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, in the event that the sale concerns:
Custom-made products or clearly personalized;
Sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, which have been opened after delivery.
For other exclusions provided for by current legislation, please refer to Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 59.
6. PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL

In the communication, please specify the original order number and the date of receipt of the goods.
Step 2: Prepare the Package
Prepare the package containing the product according to the conditions indicated in point 3.3.
Step 3: Ship the Package

Important: The CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend shipping the package via traceable courier and retaining the shipping receipt as proof of return.
Step 4: Receive your refund
Once CRIOTERAPIA.COM has received the package and verified that it complies with the conditions indicated in point 3.3, it will proceed with the refund within 14 days, crediting the amount to the account/payment method used by the CUSTOMER.

8. APPLICABLE LAW
This Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, and in compliance with Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
